Scott is an award-winning broker whose career in real estate has spanned more than 25 years and has covered virtually all facets of real estate from banker, investor and principal to property manager, developer and contractor.

He is a licensed Illinois Managing Broker, a licensed Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor and the published author of: “How to Analyze & Underwrite Apartment & Multi-Family Buildings Like a Pro; Using The Tools you Already Have in Your Pocket.”

In 2017 Scott co-founded GMP Labs; a Workforce Development & Vocational Training Academy where he serves as both Chief Administrative Officer and Board Chairman.
